Re-roofing at Villa Octagon
The old roof comes off in sections so our team can check the deck and repair what is needed before the new roof system goes on.
Tile installation
New roof tile goes up by crane
The new roof tile arrives at Villa Octagon on North Ocean Boulevard. A crane lifts each pallet to the roof, the crew passes the tile hand to hand, and it is staged across the new underlayment so the tile roof can go down section by section.
